Model Features

Fully enclosed double slip boathouse with stairs leading to upper deck. Constructed with a combination of Douglas Fir and MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated lumber in a choice of stains. V-groove wood siding in choice of colours, 2 entrance doors, 17 windows and 2 garage doors with remote openers. Upper sun deck finished with Dek-Master® waterproof membrane. Pressure treated post and railings in choice of stain with metal spindles and solar lighting.

MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated decking on lower level with composite wood edging around perimeter.

Shore power hookup, interior, exterior lights and receptacles come standard in the Deckhouse models.

The main frame is supported by the most durable and heavy-duty floats available, made by Techstar Plastics Inc. Manufactured from Polyethylene and foam filled, Techstar floats are not only environmentally friendly, but are also resistant to gasoline and wildlife and carry a 10-year limited warranty.
