Fully enclosed boathouse with stairs leading to upper deck. MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated post and railings in choice of stain with metal spindles and solar lighting. Upper sun deck finished with Dek-Master® waterproof membrane.

V-Groove wood siding in choice of colours. Two entrance doors, 14 windows and garage door with remote opener. MicroPro Sienna™ pressure treated lumber decking, with composite wood edging around perimeter of dock. Shore power hook up, interior lights and receptacles come standard in Deckhouse models.

The main frame is supported by the most durable and heavy-duty floats available, made by Techstar Plastics Inc. Polyethylene and foam filled, they are not only environmentally friendly, but are also resistant to gasoline and wildlife and carry a 10-year limited warranty.
